We have a 100% delight policy! 

If you are not fully satisfied for any reason with your purchase, please return the merchandise for a refund or store credit. 

Returns are easy: Just adhere the preprinted return label (that came with your original order) to the box or envelope making sure to cover up old label. Then simply hand to any postal carrier or drop off at any post office. When we receive your return, we’ll credit your original form of payment

If you don’t have a prepaid label in your shipment, just email us at info@harpergreer.com with the items you want to return and we'll send you back a printable USPS call tag for free return shipping! We also gladly accept returns at our Harper Greer store at 979 Moraga Road, Lafayette, CA 94549. Questions or Comments? Call us at 925-298-5468

Regular priced merchandise –– Please return within 7 days after delivery of your order for a full refund, store credit or exchange.  Sale merchandise –– store credit only

CONDITION
Returned merchandise must be unworn, unused, unaltered and with hang tags and labels attached. Used or altered merchandise will not be accepted for return and may be shipped back to the customer.

RETURN TIME
For a full refund, please send your return no later than 7 days of receipt of your order. Note, it may take 5-10 business days for your bank or card company to process and apply the refund back to your account.

Products returned after 7 days but no later than 15 days after receipt of your order will be issued a store credit.
Just a bit more info: Discounts applied to your original order will be deducted from your refund amount. Refunds will be credited in the original form of payment.
